GNEHM WARRANTY
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

All GNEHM hardness testing machines are covered by 12 months warranty.

GNEHM warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [insert warranty period] from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the replacement of any component or part that fails to function properly due to manufacturing defects or material failure, provided the failure is not the result of misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or other forms of human error.

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and accompanied by relevant documentation, including proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and, where applicable, photographs or diagnostic reports. Upon review and acceptance of the claim, GNEHM will, at its discretion, replace or repair the defective part at no cost to the customer. Labor, shipping, and any applicable taxes or duties may be charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

This warranty is void if the product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel, or if serial numbers or product labels have been removed or tampered with.

GNEHM's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts. No other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply. In no event shall GNEHM be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
